This Lavender Wheat Bag for Aromatherapy will help you achieve the highest level of relaxation. This aromatherapy heat pack is the ideal complement to your wellness regimen because it provides both hot and cold therapy for the reduction of muscle tension. The lavender therapeutic smell will be released from the bag and will calm your senses when reheated in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on medium. Just chill it for an hour in the freezer in a tight plastic bag before using it as a cold compress. This wheat bag is made to offer all-natural pain relief from shoulder, back, neck, and menstrual cramp pain.
