We accept payment through Knet, major credit cards and cash on delivery.

We offer same day delivery on all orders placed before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm are delivered the next day. We also offer a click and collect service where you can place your order online and collect it directly from our shop in Symphony mall within 1-2 hours. Delivery is free for all orders above 30KD. Orders below 30KD will be charged based on your location.

We deliver to all areas in Kuwait. International shipping is available as well

All orders placed before 5pm are delivered on the same day. We offer 3 delivery slot options to choose from at checkout: 10am-1pm, 1pm-6pm, and 6pm-9pm.

With click & collect you place an order for an item online and collect it yourself from our shop in Symphony Mall.

Only one gift card can be used per order. If your card is not working at the cart please email us at support@wahalifestyle.com

Yes, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on items returned within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at support@wahalifestyle.com clearly stating your order number and items to be returned or exchanged. We will then arrange for the collection of your items. Please note that the return or exchange of an item is only processed if the item is unopened, unused, is in original packaging and is not on sale.

We will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned items. A confirmation email will be sent to you and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

If you received the wrong product(s) please contact our customer service team at 22071122 or email support@wahalifestyle.com, noting your order number and the wrong product(s) received. We will then arrange for a pickup of those items.

Our customer service team is available seven days a week. Working hours are from Saturday-Friday 10am-10pm. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 48 hours.
