Clear your nasal passage by blowing your nose before using the product.

Hold the product upright and pump one or more until the solution is dispensed.

Put the nozzle into nostril and depress the pump while breathing in through the nose.

It is recommended to spray 2 to 4 times, minimum twice a day.
