Twist the base to dispense the product. After each use, retract the eyeliner and securely replace the cap to prevent the formula from drying out.

Artist Tip:

For a soft, blended effect, line the upper lash line with the Voyeur Waterproof Gel Eyeliner and blend using the N?11 Brush. For added depth, pair with a contrasting 1.5MM Mechanical Gel Eyeliner at the lash root.

For a winged look, extend the liner past the outer corner of the eye using short strokes until you reach the desired length.
