Wet the Tung Brush with water. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the bristles of the brush. Use the brush to scrub your tongue in a back-to-front sweeping motion. Apply gentle pressure and cover the entire surface of the tongue, including the back and sides. Rinse your mouth and the brush with water. Dry the brush and store it in the cap to keep it clean and hygienic.
