As a massage oil: Warm 30 mls in a small container and apply in swift sweeping strokes from feet towards pelvis and hips towards the heart paying particular attention to areas of tension ie shoulders, neck, knees, calves, lower back, etc. As a body oil:Apply 10mls approx. to damp skin after showering using long invigorating strokes and continue massaging until oil is well absorbed.
