Shipping in Kuwait
- Same-day delivery is available for all orders placed before 5:00 PM
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next day.
- Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location.

International Shipping
- Delivery within 3–5 business days (subject to customs clearance and courier service).
- Flat shipping fee: 10 KWD per order.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
General Guidelines (Kuwait & International)
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Non-returnable items: fragrances (including home fragrance) and personalized/custom-made items.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
- For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the current item and place a new order for the desired item.

- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

- Waha Lifestyle covers return shipping only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Shipping fees for regular returns are non-refundable.

- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving approval from Waha Lifestyle.

- Detailed return instructions, including the shipping address in Kuwait, will be provided.
