Aqua/Water/Eau, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, VP/VA Copolymer, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Citric Acid, Parfum (Fragrance), Silicone Quaternium-18, Trideceth-6, Trideceth-12, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Sodium Hydroxide, Ethylhexylglycerin, Benzyl Alcohol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone.

Apply Body Building Shampoo to wet hair and lather for 60 seconds with a gentle kneading of the scalp. If necessary, rinse and repeat. After shampooing, work Body Building Conditioner into the hair's mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the roots. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Maximizer Root Boosting Spray and Maximizer Strand Plumping Cream for best results.
