1. On dry, unwashed hair, apply starting about 5 cm from the roots and work down to the ends. For a dehydrated scalp, massage a few drops directly onto the scalp too.
2. Spread through with your fingers until every strand is coated. There's no need to saturate.
3. Warm with a blow dryer for 1–2 minutes to help absorption.
4. Leave on 20–45 minutes for dry hair, 45 minutes to 2 hours for damaged hair, or 2–15 hours for deep conditioning.
5. Before adding any water, massage shampoo straight into the oiled hair for 2–3 minutes.
6. Add water gradually to build a lather, rinse with warm water, shampoo again if needed, then condition.
