To use House Matcha, sift 3g of matcha into a bowl, add 20ml of hot water (80°C), and whisk into a smooth paste using a bamboo whisk.

Then, add 10ml of cold water and whisk again until frothy.

Finally, add more hot or cold milk if desired.
