Returns & Refunds

General Guidelines (Kuwait & International)

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items: fragrances (including home fragrance) and personalized/custom-made items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the current item and place a new order for the desired item.
