1. As a cleanser (morning and evening): Dampen hands, dispense a generous amount and massage over the face, neck and décolletage in upward circles, avoiding the eyes. Rinse with warm water.
2. As a mask (2–3 times a week): Apply a thin, even layer to clean, dry skin on the face and neck, avoiding the eyes.
3. Leave on for 10 minutes.
4. For extra exfoliation, massage with a konjac sponge before rinsing, then rinse with warm water.
5. Follow with serum and moisturiser, and apply sunscreen in the morning.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with warm water. Do not use on irritated, sunburned or broken skin. Patch test first if your skin is sensitive, and stop use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. As the formula contains natural ingredients, colour may vary slightly between batches.
