Ligne St Barth was founded in 1983 by Hervé Brin on Saint-Barthélemy, in the French Caribbean. Its first products, roucou oil, aloe vera gel, avocado oil and coconut oil, were sold on the island's beaches in hand-labelled rum bottles.
