Silky, lump-free mash with a simple twist. The Joseph Joseph Helix Potato Ricer replaces hard squeezing with a twisting action that makes ricing easier, for smooth mashed potato and vegetable purées every time.

Twisting action: makes ricing easier than squeezing two handles together
Smooth results: lump-free mashed potato and vegetable purées
Durable build: stainless steel and nylon construction
Easy-clean design: separates into 2 pieces for washing
Dishwasher safe: goes straight in after use

Families: smooth mashed potato for the whole table
Parents: soft vegetable purées for little ones
Home cooks: restaurant-smooth mash without lumps
Anyone with weaker grip: twisting needs less effort than squeezing

Traditional ricers need a hard two-handed squeeze, and mashers leave lumps behind. Helix uses a twisting action instead, so pressing potatoes is easier, and the results are smooth enough for creamy mash or baby purées. Afterwards it comes apart in two pieces for the dishwasher.

How does it work?

With a twisting action, which Joseph Joseph says makes ricing easier than squeezing.

What can I make with it?

Smooth mashed potato and vegetable purées.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, and it separates into two pieces for easy cleaning.

What is it made of?

Stainless steel and nylon.
