Shipping in Kuwait

Same-day delivery is available for all orders placed before 4:00 PM during Ramadan.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next day.
Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location.

Delivery within 3–5 business days (subject to customs clearance and courier service).
Flat shipping fee: 10 KWD per order.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items: fragrances (including home fragrance) and personalized/custom-made items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the current item and place a new order for the desired item.

Kuwait Orders
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

- Waha Lifestyle covers return shipping only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Shipping fees for regular returns are non-refundable.
International Orders
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving approval from Waha Lifestyle.
