• Fold the paper filter along its seam, place it in the dripper and rinse it with hot water.
• Use 10 to 12g of medium-fine coffee for each 120ml cup.
• Pour a little water to let the coffee bloom for about 30 seconds, then pour slowly in circles and finish within 3 minutes.
• Only the server goes in the microwave, at 500 to 600W; never the dripper.
• Dishwasher safe. Take care when removing the glass dripper from its holder for washing, and avoid sudden temperature changes.
