To use Dr.Tung's Activated Charcoal Floss, simply wrap the floss around your fingers and gently slide it between your teeth, making sure to go all the way down to the gum line. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth to ensure that you are effectively cleaning between teeth and removing any debris or plaque. Be sure to floss at least once a day, preferably before brushing your teeth, for optimal oral health.
