How to use

Take an 18-inch length of floss and wind most of it around the middle finger of one hand and the rest around the middle finger of the other hand. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers, and gently guide the floss between your teeth using a sawing motion. When the floss reaches the gum line, curve it into a C-shape against one tooth and gently slide it into the space between the gum and the tooth. Gently scrape the side of the tooth with the floss, moving it away from the gum with up and down motions. Repeat this process on the adjacent tooth and then move on to the next set of teeth. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth, and be sure to floss behind the back teeth as well. Once you have finished flossing, rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash to remove any remaining plaque or debris.
