How to use

Start by rinsing your mouth with water to loosen any debris or bacteria that may be on your tongue. Hold the tongue cleaner by the handles or grips, depending on the type of cleaner you have. Place the curved part of the tongue cleaner at the back of your tongue. Gently scrape the cleaner along the surface of your tongue, moving forward toward the tip. Rinse the tongue cleaner under running water to remove any debris that has accumulated. Repeat steps 3 to 5 several times, until you have cleaned the entire surface of your tongue. Rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining debris or bacteria.
