Wet the bristles of the toothbrush with water. Apply toothpaste to the bristles. Hold the toothbrush against your teeth at a 45-degree angle. Use gentle circular or back-and-forth motions to brush your teeth' fronts, backs, and tops. Be sure to brush your tongue and the roof of your mouth. Spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth and the toothbrush thoroughly with water. Store your toothbrush in an upright position to allow it to air dry.
