How to use

Wet the toothbrush bristles with water. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the bristles. Hold the toothbrush against your teeth at a 45-degree angle towards the gumline. Gently brush back-and-forth or in circular motions across the front, top, and back surfaces of your teeth for at least two minutes. Spit the foam and toothpaste into the sink. Rinse your mouth and toothbrush with water. Use floss to clean between your teeth. Rinse your mouth with water again to remove any remaining debris and toothpaste.
