How to use

Wet the toothbrush bristles with water. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the bristles. Hold the toothbrush against your teeth at a 45-degree angle towards the gumline. Gently brush back-and-forth or in circular motions across the front, top, and back surfaces of your teeth for at least two minutes. Spit the foam and toothpaste into the sink.
