How to use
Lifting the beam above your head, place it there with the divet resting where your upper back joins your neck. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes facing outward while stabilizing the Beam with your hands on its sides. Hold your chest up while engaging your midsection. Sitting back in a chair, lower yourself into a squat position by bending your legs until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
