• Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Non-returnable items: fragrances (including home fragrance) and personalized/custom-made items.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
• For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the current item and place a new order for the desired item.
