Shipping in Kuwait

• Same-day delivery is available for all orders placed before 4:00 PM during Ramadan.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next day.
• Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location.

International Shipping

• Delivery within 3–5 business days (subject to customs clearance and courier service).
• Flat shipping fee: 10 KWD per order.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

General Guidelines (Kuwait & International)

• Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Non-returnable items: fragrances (including home fragrance) and personalized/custom-made items.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
• For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the current item and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Waha Lifestyle covers return shipping only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Shipping fees for regular returns are non-refundable.
• International Orders
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving approval from Waha Lifestyle.
  • Contact: support@wahalifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Detailed return instructions, including the shipping address in Kuwait, will be provided.
  • Waha Lifestyle covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
