How to use

Start by standing with your ankles shoulder width apart and wearing wristbands. As you slowly raise your arms to reach your shoulders with the palms facing forward, keep your elbows firmly planted against your side ribs. As your arms rise, squeeze your biceps once more, then do the same when you reach the top of the exercise. Repeat as necessary by turning the spiral back around. Burn it up!
